What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a high intensity, low impact workout that hits your core, increases strength, and endurance, and improves all round fitness in a controlled environment.. This full body-blast workout uses continuous and constant tension, which gets those muscles burning.

Reformer Fundamentals is the first step towards your introduction into Reformer Pilates. These classes provide you with the building blocks and confidence to strengthen, tone and develop your body. Within a fundamentals class we cover the key areas of the body to improve your stability.

This is a slow paced class which is great for those who:

✅ Are new to exercise or just getting back into it

✅ Have an ongoing injury i.e. back, shoulder or knee pain

✅ Have recently given birth and need to strengthen the core

✅ Have an autoimmune disease 



Dynamic Reformer is a faster paced high intensity, low impact form of exercise. Using our unique layering method we offer a variety of variations of movements so anyone can take part. These classes are your next step from after doing Reformer Fundamentals so you are able to take your training to the next level.

This class is for those who:

✅ Have done other forms of exercise before 

✅ Have good body awareness

✅ Have completed 4 weeks of Reformer Fundamentals if struggling with injury or weakness

✅ Want to get stronger, leaner and more toned



AAA, or Abs Arms Ass is a fast paced class that will leave you feeling that almighty burn. This class is not for those to to our classes. Make sure you know the basics in Fundamentals and Dynamic first before attempting this high intensity class. 

This class is perfect for those:

✅ Wanting to get hot, sweaty and tone up in this full body workout. 

✅ Get strong AF and feel amazing 

✅ Are looking for a different type of exercise that is fun and leaves you wanting more



You should be comfortable with the Reformer, understand how the core muscles work, and be able to activate them correctly. If you’ve already seen some improvement in your core strength and flexibility and you’re ready to take it to the next level, then this is the class for you.

This class is great for those who:

✅Who want to follow a set 4 week routine and see improvements in strength, stability and balance on a weekly basis 

✅Want to set goals for yourself to work towards within each class you do

✅Ready to take your Pilates practice to the next level
