What, Pilates gets you Strong?
When thinking of Pilates you most probably don’t think about getting strong.
You most likely think of your core.
Yes we have some core focused exercises, but really we should be using our core as a stabiliser for all our movements.
We always say this to people, but Pilates really is one of the best full body workouts you will ever do.

In this sequence I have focused on what we would call a Push/Pull/Anti Rotation workout in the gym.
This will make no sense to you but it doesn’t need to.
You just need to know you are getting what you are paying for.
