Mat Pilates is performing the Pilates method on a mat, meaning you can practice Pilates anywhere. Mat Pilates allows you to have slow control over your movements, it helps to strengthen your body’s core by improving pelvic stability, abdominal control and focuses on your breathing patterns. It improves your flexibility, muscle tone, balance, spinal support and mind-body awareness.
Our Mat Pilates classes look to use a variety of equipment to challenge the body. From the Pilates Circle, to bands and balance pads, we make sure that your body is challenged to improve strength, stability, balance and flexibility in all areas. Our classes also incorporate our famous layering method where we provide you with a varying level of difficulty within one movement so you are able to progress at your own pace.
Pilates for Back Pain is taught by owner and founder of Infinite Pilates, Beth. Beth incorporates her knowledge as a Sports Therapist and her skills as a Rehabilitation Pilates Instructor to provide a bespoke class for back pain. This class works solely on the key areas of the body that cause us back pain.

I am thoroughly enjoying the classes so far with Ryan and Beth. Some of the moves are really challenging and you really have to focuss on breathing and engaging your core! I have a very hectic job which leaves me quite tense…. since doing the classes i feel alot less stressed! Its great to find something that benefits both my body and my mind thanks guys ☺
