What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is similar to Mat Pilates but uses a machine which gives you a more dynamic and intense workout to that of Mat. Reformer gives you a greater range of motion and uses resistance, improving flexibility, muscle tone, balance, spinal support and mind-body awareness.

Reformer Fundamentals

Reformer Fundamentals is for those who may be new to Pilates or even the Reformer. This is a good opportunity to get used to using the machine and gaining a better understanding of how to get the most from your workouts. You will work on specific areas of the body to create stability and support the body needs.

Dynamic Reformer

Dynamic Reformer is a Full Body Flow using our signature Flow Method. As you can see we piece together exercises to seamlessly flow from to another. You won't have time to think about what to have for tea.
