Fully understanding Pilates is important if you want to get the most from your practice. Do you how to breath correctly? What neutral spine is? Or how to engage your abdominals correctly? If the answer is no then working with one of our instructors will help you to fully understand how to work with your body and not against it.
During your 1:1's you will learn how to:
• Do Diaphragmatic Breathing
• Find your neutral spine
• Understand how to activate the deep abdominals
All in preparation for a series of movements we call the essentials. Our coaches will guide you through this so you can feel confident in getting the most when doing our classes.
I am thoroughly enjoying the classes so far with Ryan and Beth. Some of the moves are really challenging and you really have to focuss on breathing and engaging your core!
