By signing this Agreement, the member irrevocably agrees that, if Infinite Pilates Ltd (the Company) approves your application and accepts you as a MEMBER, then this Agreement (the Agreement) automatically becomes a binding contract between the member and the Company, and applies to your participation in the programme. By signing below, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Infinite Pilates Ltd have the right to make alterations to the terms and conditions when applicable.
1.0 Charges and Terms
On purchase of a 30 Day Offer an automatic sign up to our ‘All Access Membership’ will apply unless the participant decides to opt out any time during the first 30 days. £99 will be taken from your account on expiration of the 30 day kickstarter. These funds will be non refundable. Contact info@infinite-pilates.com to OPT OUT or opt out via the app. For the avoidance of doubt, auto sign up means the member will become an All Access member for a period of 6 months and the member will be charged £99 per month until such time as the contract ends or notice is given. Such fees will be taken using the bank account / card details provided by the member.Other membership options are available. Please contact via email for more information or visit the app store.
Once converted to an ‘All Access Membership’ the ‘member’ will have a 14 day cooling off period to cancel the membership.
If a member Does Not Attend (DNA) a booked class on THREE occasions, without informing the Company at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the class, a £5.00 administration fee will be applied, at the Company’s discretion. The Company is also within its rights to suspend membership if the member continues to DNA for 2 weeks.
2. SCOPE OF PARTICIPATION
2.1 All services purchased from the Company must be preceded by the applicant declaring any physical and/or medical limitations, which may affect their ability to participate.
2.2 The member assumes the responsibility for checking with their medical practitioner, physiotherapist, or other health care professional for medical readiness prior to participating.
2.3 The Company is dedicated to providing a programme which takes into consideration any special requirements relating to that member. Whilst every effort is made to keep the programme both safe and effective there is a risk of injury or death with every physical activity. The member acknowledges that they are taking part of their own free will and is aware of the risks stated. The member agrees that neither they, their heirs, assignees or legal representative(s) will sue or make any other claims or actions of any kind whatsoever against the Company whether for personal injury, property damage/loss or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
2.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse access to any applicant/member, if in the Company’s absolute discretion, it is considered that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered or affect other members and staff. Please refer to current legislation.
2.5 The member agrees that the membership is non-transferable and is only for use by the member who has signed this agreement.
2.6 The Company is committed to providing all members with a positive experience. By signing this agreement, the member agrees that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate participation as a member without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if the member becomes aggressive, disruptive or difficult to work with.
3. TIME
3.1 Our policy, the member is asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of a class in order to sign in, have temperature recorded (if applcable) and be directed to the relevant studio. If you are later than 2 minutes late entry will not be permitted.
3.2 Our classes range from 30 to 50 minutes long. Please refer to the timetable.
4.HOURS AND WEEKS
4.1 The Company believes in having balance in life, and recommends the same to its clients, the Company operates for 51 of the 52 weeks of the year and sessions will be arranged accordingly.
4.2 For member’s comfort and house-keeping
Please provide an accurate physical / medical history in your chart.
Pilates is a “hands on” approach. If this is uncomfortable for you in any way, please inform us.
Please wear comfortable workout clothing that will enable the instructor to observe the functioning of your body. Clothing with zips will not be allowed. No shoes.
Please remove your shoes as you enter the studio.
Please use the cleaning material provided to wipe down equipment after every class.
Mobile phones are not allowed.
5.CLASS CANCELLATION
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS BEFORE THE START OF THE CLASS. Please refer to 1.2 above for full details on late cancellations.
6. CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
6.1 Under a 30 day “kick starter” membership there is no cancellation allowed.
7. FREEZING MEMBERSHIP
30 Day Passes cannot be frozen at any point during the 30 days.
8.0 REFUNDS
Refunds maybe payable in the following circumstances: –
8.1.1 An undeniably unavoidable circumstance prevents the member from taking part in or attending classes (determined on a case by case basis by the Company). Written evidence to support this may be requested. If this is within 10 days of your 1st payment we can refund. If after this time then you will be required to pay the full fee.
8.1.2 The Company is notified of your circumstances before attending classes.
8.2 Refunds are not payable in the following circumstances: –
8.2.1 The applicant has had a change of mind.
8.2.2 An appointment needs to be cancelled by the Company due to severe external conditions. An alternative appointment will be offered for a future appointment, or an additional class will be added to the next month’s allowance of classes.
9.0 PERSONAL PROPERTY
9.1 Personal property brought to sessions is done so at the member’s own risk. The Company does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such personal items. For security reasons, participants are advised to leave valuable items at home, and to keep personal belongings with them at all times.
10.0 CHANGES TO CLASSES
10.1 Because we believe in constant improvement, the member agrees that the form and nature of the classes may change from time to time without prior notice.
11.MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY
11.1 Clients must recognise that technology is a powerful tool within marketing, and sharing amazing results with members of the public. Therefore, Clients give permission for photography, filming and social media communication to take place during (and outside) the programme and, unless otherwise instructed, the Company has permission to display media such as photographs and videos of Clients on Social Media, Websites and other marketing sources.
11.2 Clients understand that any comment made/said/written/filmed can be used as a testimonial to promote the Company. This also includes photographs.
12. PRIVACY
By signing this Agreement, you agree that:
The Company respects member’s privacy and must insist that members respect the privacy of fellow members. By signing this agreement, the member agrees.
(1) not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of the company, any member or client.
(2) not to infringe any participant’s or the Company’s copyright,
(3) that any Confidential Information shared by members or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the member who discloses it or the Company,
(4) not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other members during sessions.
(5) all materials and information provided (for example exercise plans) by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property, belonging solely and exclusively to the Company and may only be used by the member as authorised by the Company.
(6) the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone other than the Company is strictly prohibited.
13. SAFETY
13.1 The member agrees that, if the member violates, or displays any likelihood of violating, any agreements contained in these terms and conditions, the Company and/or other member(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.
14.COMMUNICATION

15. CURRENT LEGISLATION
The company is governed by legislation currently in force at any time.
15.1.1 On entry members will be directed straight to the relevant studio and to a mat or reformer (there will be no waiting in the reception area).
15.1.2 Don’t forget water. We do provide it at £1 a bottle if you forget
15.1.3 No phones allowed in the studio unless on call for employment.
15.1.4 Keep all personal belongings with you at all times.
16.2 CLEANING EQUIPMENT
All equipment will be cleaned after use under the direction of the instructor.
16.2.1 Instructors will hand out wipes.
16.2.2 Keep your wipe with you until you leave the studio. Place it in the bin on exit.
16.2.3 Make sure to clean all equipment that has been used and leave on your mat/reformer.
17.CONCLUSION
The Company has made every effort to accurately represent the programme and its potential. Each individual’s results depend on many factors, including the individual considerations from the outset, the member’s dedication, desire, and motivation. By accepting these terms and conditions the member acknowledges and agrees to all of the above.
