Meet Beth

Role: Master Trainer & Co-Owner

Specialises in Sports Specific Rehabilitation

Beth began her journey into Pilates over 9 years ago working along side Physiotherapists where she gained an extensive understanding of the human body. Beth has spent this time developing her knowledge of Pilates to what she knows today.

Anatomy of Pilates was born with the understanding of helping people break down movements specific to the requirements of that individual. How one person learns a movement can be different to the next. The Anatomy of Pilates is a way for each individual to gain an understanding of their body and its needs.

She also works closely with people who suffer from back pain due to an accident or pregnancy, to professional athletes wanting to gain an edge in their sport.

Beth herself understands how difficult it is when pain gets in the way. From having long term back and pelvic pain she understands the frustration it can bring when you can’t get about day to day life.

Beth’s keen interest in Pilates also helps her with her own interest of horse riding. She knows the benefits of Pilates helps to improve her riding.

A balanced human = a balanced horse.

In a previous life she worked in Horse Racing for 7 years before leaving to pursue a career as a Sports Therapist. During this time she worked with Amateur Rugby teams as a Pitch Side Therapist working first hand with acute injuries for 5 years before opening Infinite Pilates in 2018.
