Should you do a 1:1?

Doing 1:1’s can be extremely valuable in your progress. We can use 1:1’s to focus on what you want to gain from your classes.

Whether you are struggling with understanding how to do Ab Prep, are getting back pain in a bridge, or want to take your Reformer training to the next level, 1:1’s will be your next step to really seeing and feeling the results.

Movement should be done with focus and intent!

What to expect from a 1:1

  • 1:1’s range from 45 to 60 minutes depending on your requirements. Our instructors will always advise you on what they think you would benefit from most. More specific training may only require a 45 minute session.

  • During your first session a full assessment will be done of any current issues, your goals and any worries you have. An initial session will go through main fundamental movements, breathing techniques and abdominal activation.

  • This is very specific to your needs. Your instructor will be able to go through this with you after your first session but aiming for a minimum of 4 sessions is a good place to start. Pilates is quite complex so don’t expect to get it in 1 session

  • After your initial session your instructor will be able to plan further sessions based on what they think would benefit you. Remember all of our instructors specialise in certain areas of Pilates so make sure to choose the right one for you.

  • 45 minutes is £45 & 60 minutes is £60 with a highly trained professional.
