Pilates has always featured as a sanctuary and place of great strength throughout Kate's life. Grounded by the techniques first taught to her during her childhood, Kate has found herself returning to Pilates to help guide her through her pregnancies, and postnatal periods as well as steering her through some health challenges. Pilates has always been her positive place to recover and rebuild. 

Following her degree in sports therapy, Kate focused on the benefits of strength, flexibility, and mobility during her role in sports therapy and rehabilitation at a physiotherapy clinic. This led to Kate manifesting her passion to build a career teaching Pilates, to share knowledge and all the benefits of Pilates!

After completing her Pilates teacher training, Kate has taken time to learn and explore a deeper interest in the meditative side of Pilates. Giving clients time to focus on their bodies, to step away from their daily lives and to utilise the power of the Pilates mind-body connection.

 Kate respects how inclusive and versatile Pilates is, offering her clients the chance to experience something new with every session. To feel uplifted, powered, stronger, and accomplished. Ready to discover the perfect balance of strength and grace from their practice.
